  • YOU own your data. Our Cloud offerings are built on the idea that your data is yours, and we won’t get in the way if you want to leave us to go to a different CRM system. Basically, anytime you wish, you can get a MS SQL backup of your data, and we can easily deliver any data attachments your people attached to the data records through normal usage. We don't mess around with exporting limited flat files of data and limiting what you can get.
     
  • Customize it, or not. Our CRM solutions are very full-bodied out of the box. Of course, you can make the simple changes (special data fields, rearranging screens and changing labels) without much trouble. You can also make very substantial changes to the application, no matter whether it's hosted on-site or in the Cloud.
