SmartBridge Partners' CRM solutions are based on two CRM families from Sage: Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM. We've worked with SalesLogix since it first shipped in 1997, and with SageCRM since it was added to the Sage family in 2003.

We focus on these two because they meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses. In our experience, achieving full benefits from a CRM solution is a process for most companies, not an event. Most of our customers can only "digest" a portion of CRM functionality at any one time. They work the functionality into their organization's capabilities and then start on another. The rich functionality of the Sage products, and their abilities to easily and economically configure and customize in nearly unlimited ways, as they need to, are big attractions to our SMB customers.

Flexible access and deployment options are a really big advantage with Sage offerings. Want "instant-on" cloud CRM? Got it. Robust (no extra charge) access through iPhone, iPad, Android or Blackberry? Check. Need to work on a plane or elsewhere without internet access? We have the best remote solutions in the industry. These are huge considerations that nearly any business considering CRM must make.

Sage CRM solutions have industry-leading ease of use. Whether you use the Windows application, the Browser version, or Android access, the way users get at their information is intuitive and efficient. Scrolling down long web pages or wading through a forest of open web windows is NOT what you get with Sage.

Data lookups, filtering and reporting is beyond what most CRM systems offer today. For one thing, reports always take security into account; the same report run by a regional manager will show more data than when it is run by a sales rep. Good bye, "create 20 versions of the same report to get it to my team without exposing sensitive numbers." Ad hoc data searches by reps is intuitive and can then be used to generate an informal email "blast" in one step.

Our customers have different preferences in how to pay for their business management solutions, and we offer just any way you can think of. Sage SalesLogix and Sage CRM can be located ("hosted") either on your premises or "in the Cloud." You can pay for it either through the traditional license purchase route, or on a monthly, per-user basis.

Even more important, is one other unique feature we offer: your data is your data.

Even if you choose SalesLogix Cloud or SageCRM.com, your data is in a unique database. It isn't shared in a "multi-tenant" environment. It is yours. Not only is it very secure, but you control when updates will be applied to the system. You control external access. And, if you ever decide to leave us, we give you a distinct MS SQL backup file, which means your consultants can readily move your data to your new system. If you've ever talked to anybody who's moved away from salesforce.com, you'll see that ours is a very different, much simpler, more common sense, approach.

Oh, and as long as we're comparing to other Cloud vendors, we need to say one more thing: we don't play games with our pricing. No bait and switch. No spike increases when your initial contract expires. No higher pricing for licenses beyond what you initially contract for.

We try really hard to treat you as a valued customer. With respect.

Which one of Sage CRM Solutions, Sage SalesLogix or Sage CRM, should you choose? That will depend a lot upon your current and expected future needs. Both Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM are mature, full-featured products. But they are different. Take a look at what we have to say about them on our web site, and if you want to, visit their Sage websites, too. Make a list of the features and functions that really interest you, and keep track of the questions that come to mind as you read. Then let's talk. We have a lot of experience helping people like you sort through their needs to get the best CRM solution for them!
